How JESUS makes our soul well

Jesus and the disciples encounter more work in Genneserat

After a long night on the water, the disciples reach shore at Gennesaret—and are immediately met by crowds of people in need. Jesus had delivered them safely, just as He promised, but the work did not end there. He sent them out to serve those who came to Him.

Obedience to Jesus does not promise an easier life. It calls us to spend ourselves in service to others, for the glory of God. Even in a land of abundance, people still need help. Through sacrifice and endurance in the Lord, we learn to trust Him—and to say, even in the midst of difficult work, “It is well with my soul.”

Join us as we look at Mark’s account of Jesus, His disciples, and the people of Gennesaret.
