Qualifications: The kids@grace pastor will...

- Have a passion for seeing children at Grace Community Church learn and experience how much Jesus loves them.

Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Preparation:
- Assist Elementary and Early Childhood Pastor with curriculum preparation.
- Share ideas and collaborate on monthly curriculum reviews.
- Volunteers:
- PCO scheduling - work with the team on solutions for needed volunteer time slots.
- Workflows (volunteer check - ins, family follow ups, baptisms/child dedications etc.
- Being available/meeting families as they enter on the weekend.
Weekend Execution:
- Serve at 3 services per weekend in the capacity assigned. (must serve at the Saturday 5pm service and on 2 services on Sundays.)
- Ensure that classrooms are open and ready to host children.
- Attend pre-service rally.
- Collaborate with Service Coordinator/Director on back up plans, no shows, check in flows, security protocols etc.
- Communicate with the Elementary and Early Childhood Pastors on timeframe and service flow.
- Willing to step into a classroom and lead when neededc and if there is a volunteer call-out.
- Training volunteers on how to lead the classroom, how to engage with parents and children, and overall kids@grace culture.
