To kick off our new series “Summer Specials”, Bee Ridge Campus Connection and Online Campus Pastor Chris Pedro shares a powerful message about what it takes to change the key in our lives! If you feel like your life has sounded like a minor key and you’re struggling to walk in the fullness of life you believe God has for you, then you will not want to miss this message!

Reading from Mark chapter 5, Pastor Chris will give you some practical steps to help you change the key in your life!

Discussion Q’s

  1. To which character in Mark chapter 5 do you most relate?
  2. Are there any “crowds” in your life that consistently get between you and Jesus?
  3. Do you have an eagerness to be in Jesus’ presence?

Unfortunately, I don't feel like I exhibit the same desperation to be near to Jesus at all costs that the woman with the issue of blood had. This message definitely convicted me of that. So, I most identify with Jairus who doesn't know what else to do except go to Jesus and ask for help. I think the "crowd" in my life that gets between me and Jesus is actually "productivity." I can be such a task oriented person that I can get totally caught up in checking things off my list that just desperately trying to be with Jesus can get put on the back burner. Ouch. Once again, this sermon was convicting in a great way!
