The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. Hebrew 1:3 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it. John 1: 4- 5. Bold, highlight, underline these verses in my spirit, draw my attention to Your truth so that I may have the heart and the mind of Christ. 1 Kings 19: 11 - Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire a gentle whisper. When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his face and went out and stood at the mouth of the cave. Then a voice said to him, "What are you doing here, Elijah?" Selah.
Thanks so much for Part 9, Chip! It was really good to be reminded of just how often, and in how many ways God does speak to us! Today, I also saw the newly released video by on "The Call of Creation." It tied in perfectly with what you told us about God's General Revelation to us through the beauty, order, and wonder of creation!!
