Grace Groups

Find YOUR Grace Community

We believe that God designed us to do life together. Groups are an avenue for you to get connected to others in the church so we can be intentional neighbors together. No matter where you are in your spiritual journey, we have a group for YOU!

Gather Groups

These groups are designed for building relationships with others and often do that through participating in an engaging activity together such as:

  • outdoor adventure
  • going out to eat
  • exercise
  • motorcycling
  • play dates at the park
  • gathering in homes

Groups FAQs

How do I sign up for a group?

When you click on a group, there will be a small greenish-blue button that says Join. You will need to either login or create an account before you can join the group.

How do I find out when and where a group is meeting?

The tagline under a group name, in the group “About'' section, and under “Upcoming Events” are all good places to look for when and where a group is meeting. If you still have questions, feel free to contact the leader. You can do this by clicking on the Contact link at the bottom of a mobile screen or on the top left-hand side (just above the About section) on a computer screen.

Can I contact a group leader with questions before joining the group?

Absolutely! You can do this by clicking on the group and then clicking on the “Contact'' link at the bottom of a mobile screen or on the top left hand side (just above the About section) on a computer screen.

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

We would love to help! If you have questions or need help finding a group, we are here for you! Just fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page and someone will reach out.

How do I find age/gender specific groups?

When you click on a group category (such as Grace Grow Groups), there will be a search feature at the top where you can sort the groups by different features. Unfortunately, there is no way to search all of the groups in all the categories simultaneously; you will need to perform your filtered search in each group category. For instance, if you are looking for women-specific groups in each of the Gather, Grow and Go categories, you will need to click on the Grace Gather Groups category and select Women under the Who the Group is For dropdown. This will give you all the women-specific groups in the Gather category. Then go to the Grow category and select Women under the Who the Group is For dropdown. This will give you all the women-specific groups in the Grow category. You would then do the same thing for any other categories in which you wish to find women-specific groups.

How long are groups together?

It depends on the group. Groups labeled “Ongoing” do not have a scheduled end date. Other groups will meet for a specific amount of time (such as a 6-week Bible study) before they are done meeting.

Do ongoing groups take a break?

This depends on the group. Some groups choose to take a break for the summer or other times throughout the year. This is completely up to the group leader. If you are part of an ongoing group that is not planning on taking a break but yet you need to, it is completely fine to take a break. We encourage you to talk to the group leader so they understand your needs and situation.

How do I find out about new groups that are starting?

Most new groups start around the time that Groups are promoted at Grace which happens several times a year. This is an easy on ramp for ongoing groups (although you are welcome to join them at any time!) as well as a great time to join a group that is just starting. You can also use the tag *NEW THIS MONTH (under Regularity) to find new groups that are going to be started or have just started

What if I have an idea for a group?

We would love to hear it! If you fill out the contact form below, we will reach out to set up a time to chat about your idea.

Are children welcome?

This depends on the group.  Some groups are designed for focused adult connections so children are asked not to attend, others have childcare available, and others are designed for families to attend together.

Could I host a group in my home but not lead it?

Yes! If you have a home that you would love to host a group in but don’t desire to lead the group, please contact us and let us know! We would love to talk to you about this.

Who do I contact if I have a question or need help?

We are here to help you get connected and would love to talk with you! You can fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page and we will reach out!
